Dodging the uncertain weather forecast, VSH Munster took place on Saturday 5 of August with Skaters-Palace, Titus and Stadtwerke Münster, at one of the oldest street spots in Münster, near by the harbor.

Volcom team riders Tim Rebensdorf, Stjepan Lovric and Denis Nitsche were part of the skate pack and ready to fire it up.

First challenge was a best line at a dynamic duo of curbs, Followed by the "Chinabank" and "Bankgap" that witnessed great combos, and then, a grassy "flat gap" pimped with our Volcom Stone curb to challenge the skate rats.

Tim Otto - Kickflip Noseslide

In the divisions "under 16" and "16 +" the girls and boys were killing it! So good to see the young guns not giving up until their tricks got landed. A mix of technical variations and raw makes made the audience cheer everyone…

The event took place on probably the hottest day of the year, with the city of Bern basking in the heat!
Initial plan to hit three city spots got changed and we all decided to go to a street spot in the shade and then head to the DIY skatepark in Bern that has an outdoor swimming pool next to it, where everyone could take quick refreshing dips.

At the street spot, Volcom team skater Noel Schärer clearly dominated.
After that, we selected three spots at the DIY, and jam sessions went down, with in between, cold drinks and cooling off in the pool.

The event was a great success for both the spectators and the riders, and the atmosphere was incredible.
